I recently had a great stay at a hotel near the famous El Tajin ruins. The hotel's location was absolutely perfect for exploring the ruins, as it was just a short distance away. The staff were incredibly helpful and provided excellent service throughout my stay, making sure that I had everything I needed. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a large king size bed that ensured a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring. Additionally, the hotel offered a delicious breakfast that was included in the price, which was a lovely perk.

Can't complain about the location of this hotel, close to the city center and shopping areas. The rooms were clean and the Wi-Fi was excellent. Service from one of the waiters was also good. During my stay, the hotel offered a Christmas dinner which was a nice touch and added to the holiday feeling.

The price for this hotel seemed too high compared to other equivalent hotels in the area. The breakfast was average, and the hotel had noise issues with traffic and some mechanical noise which made it difficult to sleep.

During our weekend stay, the room we received was incredibly noisy and we were disturbed by loud outside noise throughout the night. the staff did not speak English which made it difficult to communicate with them for our basic needs.

The attention to detail was evident, from the clean and comfortable rooms to the friendly and accommodating staff. I also appreciated the fact that they had rooms with a King size bed available. The breakfast provided was simple but sufficient to start the day.
